1 John 5: 11God has also said that he gave us eternal
life and that this life comes to us from his Son. 12And so,
if we have God's Son, we have this life. But if we don't have the Son,
we don't have this life. (CEV)
1. If we have this life for eternity, how should we live our life on
Earth?

Philippians 3: 10All I want is to know Christ and the power that raised him to life. I want to suffer and die as he did, 11so that somehow I also may be raised to life. Ephesians 5: 9.... Be good and honest and truthful, 10as you try to please the Lord.... 17Don't be stupid. Instead, find out what the Lord wants you to do. (CEV) 2. Describe ways in which you know Christ.
Ephesians 1: 10Then when the time is right, God will
do all that he has planned, and Christ will bring together everything in
heaven and on earth. 11God always does what he plans, and that's
why he had Christ choose us. (CEV)
3. Why would a wonderful & perfect God choose us to help Him?
Hebrews 2: 14We are people of flesh and blood. That

each day in fear of dying. (CEV)
4. Describe what you believe Heaven is like.
John 17: 3Eternal life is to know you, the only true
God, and to know Jesus Christ, the one you sent. John 11: 25Jesus
then said, "I am the one who raises the dead to life! Everyone who has
faith in me will live, even if they die. 26And everyone who
lives because of faith in me will never really die. Do you believe this?" (CEV)
5. Do you believe Jesus? Describe why you do.
Isaiah 9: 6A child has been born for us. We have been
given a son who will be our ruler. His names will be Wonderful Advisor
and Mighty God, Eternal Father and Prince of Peace. 7His power
will never end; peace will last forever. Matthew 1: 23"A
virgin will have a baby boy, and he will be called Immanuel," which means
"God is with us." (CEV)
6. How significant is it that God is "with us"?
