Ice-Breaker: Describe how you prepared you children to get ready for school.

Matthew 4: 4Jesus answered, "The Scriptures say: 'No one can live only on food. People need every word that God has spoken.' " (CEV)

John 13: 34But I am giving you a new command. You must love each other, just as I have loved you. 35If you love each other, everyone will know that you are my disciples. (CEV)

1 Thessalonians 4: 9We don't have to write you about the need to love each other. God has taught you to do this, (CEV)

1 Peter 1: 22You obeyed the truth, and your souls were made pure. Now you sincerely love each other. But you must keep on loving with all your heart. (CEV)

1 John 3: 11From the beginning you were told that we must love each other.. . 23God wants us to have faith in his Son Jesus Christ and to love each other. This is also what Jesus taught us to do. (CEV)

1 John 4: 7My dear friends, we must love each other. Love comes from God, and when we love each other, it shows that we have been given new life. Hebrews 10: 25Some people have gotten out of the habit of meeting for worship, but we must not do that. We should keep on encouraging each other, especially since you know that the day of the LORD'S coming is getting closer. (CEV)

James 5: 19My friends, if any followers have wandered away from the truth, you should try to lead them back. (CEV)

Luke 10: 38.... a woman named Martha welcomed him into her home. 39She had a sister named Mary, who sat down in front of the Lord and was listening to what he said. 40Martha was worried about all that had to be done. Finally, she went to Jesus and said, "Lord, doesn't it bother you that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her to come and help me!" 41The Lord answered, "Martha, Martha! You are worried and upset about so many things, 42but only one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen what is best, and it will not be taken away from her." (CEV)

Philippians 4: 8Finally, my friends, keep your minds on whatever is true, pure, right, holy, friendly, and proper. 5. Why should you pray before meeting time for each person who might attend?
6. What is the best way consider and plan each person's involvement?
