John 3: 3Jesus replied, "I tell you for certain that you must be born from above before you can see God's kingdom!"... 5...before you can get into God's kingdom, you must be born not only by water, but by the Spirit. 6Humans give life to their children. Yet only God's Spirit can change you into a child of God. 7Don't be surprised when I say that you must be born from above. 8Only God's Spirit give new life. (CEV)
Romans 6: 3Don't you know that all who share in Christ Jesus by being baptized also share in his death? 4When we were baptized, we died and were buried with Christ. We were baptized, so that we would live a new life, as Christ was raised to life by the glory of God the Father. (CEV)
Mark 3: 33Jesus asked, "Who is my mother and who are my brothers?" 34Then he looked at the people sitting around him and said, "Here are my mother and my bothers. 35Anyone who obeys God is my brother or sister or mother." (CEV)
Matt 18: 3Then he said: I promise you this. If you don't change and become like a child, you will never get into the kingdom of heaven. 4But if you are as humble as this child, you are the greatest in the kingdom or heaven. 5And when you welcome one of these children because of me, you welcome me. (CEV)
1 Corinthians 13: 11When we were children, we thought and reasoned as children do. But when we grew up, we quit our childish ways. (CEV)
Romans 8: 14Only those people who are led by God's Spirit are his children. 15God's Spirit doesn't make us slaves who are afraid of him. Instead, we become his children and call him our Father. 16God's Spirit makes us sure that we are his children.God has promised. 17His Spirit lets us know that together with Christ we will be given what God has promised. We will also share in the glory of Christ, because we have suffered with him. (CEV)
Acts 2: 44And all the believers met together constantly and shared everything with each other, 45selling their possessions and dividing with those in need. 46They worshipped together regularly at the Temple each day, met in small groups in homes for Communion, and shared their meals with great joy and thankfulness, 47praising God. The whole city was favorable to them, and each day God added to them all who were being saved. (TLB) Acts 4:32-34
