Colossians 3: ¹⁰Each of you is now a new person. You are becoming more and more like your Creator, and you will understand him better. ¹¹ .... Christ is all that matters, and he lives in all of us. 
1. Since Christ is holy, what will also make us holy?

Psalm 1: ¹God blesses those people who refuse evil advice and won't follow sinners or join in sneering at God. ²Instead, the Law of the LORD makes them happy, and they think about it day and night. ³They are like trees growing beside a stream, trees that produce fruit in season 
and always have leaves. Those people succeed in everything they do. (CEV)
2. What are some things that will enable us the be successful in living a Christian life?

Jeremiah 17: ⁷But I will bless those who trust me. ⁸They will be like trees growing beside a stream trees with roots that reach down to the water, and with leaves that are always green. They bear fruit every year and are never worried by a lack of rain. (CEV)
3. When there are things we have no control over, how can we not worry?

2 Corinthians 4: ¹⁶We never give up. Our bodies are gradually dying, but we ourselves are being made stronger each day. ¹⁷These little troubles are getting us ready for an eternal glory that will make all our troubles seem like nothing. ¹⁸Things that are seen don't last forever, but things that are not seen are eternal. That's why we keep our minds on the things that cannot be seen. 
2 Corinthians 5:¹⁷Anyone who belongs to Christ is a new person. The past is forgotten, and everything is new. (CEV)
4. Where your past keeps coming up, how can you focus on the future?

Isaiah 43: ¹⁸Forget what happened long ago! Don't think about the past. ¹⁹I am creating something new. There it is! Do you see it? I have put roads in deserts, streams in thirsty lands. 
Proverbs 16: ¹We humans make plans, but the LORD has the final word. ²We may think we know what is right, but the LORD is the judge of our motives. 3Share your plans with the LORD, and you will succeed.... 
⁹We make our own plans, but the LORD decides where we will go.... 
³³We make our own decisions, but the LORD alone determines what happens.(CEV)
5. Describe the way you determine God's will for you as you face day to day problems.

1 Corinthians 2: ⁹But it is just as the Scriptures say, "What God has planned for people who love him is more than eyes have seen or ears have heard. It has never even entered our minds!" 
Matthew 6: ²⁶Look at the birds in the sky! They don't plant or harvest. They don't even store grain in barns. Yet your Father in heaven takes care of them. Aren't you worth more than birds?
6. How do we increase our faith and keep getting more of it?
